1. Booking and Confirmation:

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our website, app, or customer service.
  • Confirmation of bookings will be communicated through SMS, email, or call.
  • Accurate details must be provided during the booking process.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment options include cash, online transfers, and digital wallets.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required.
  • Additional costs like tolls, parking, and interstate taxes are not included in the base fare.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Service Usage:

  • Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes at the pick-up location. Additional waiting charges apply after that.
  • Customers must respect the vehicle and driver. Damage to the vehicle will result in additional fees.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities are prohibited in the vehicle.

5. Liability and Safety:

  • We are not responsible for lost personal belongings.
  • Passengers must wear seatbelts for their safety.
  • Our liability in case of accidents is limited to providing assistance.

6. Driver Conduct:

  • Our drivers are professional and trained.
  • Misconduct by drivers can be reported to our support team.

7. Changes and Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips in case of emergencies.
  • Customers will be notified promptly of any changes.

8. Jurisdiction:

  • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
